Green Civil Construction's ISO Certified safety program and management ensures that our teams mental and physical health is prioritised. In addition, all work sites are equipped with security fencing, shade cloth and safety signage to protect the assets from entry by unauthorised persons, intruders, theft, or vandalism. Further measures are implemented through regular drone patrols coupled with in-situ CCTV surveillance.

Our trained and licensed plant operators carry out each venture with regularly maintained and serviced plant and equipment, with up to date log book recordings to ensure the reliability and safety of the equipment and all personnel on site to avoid breakdown delays. 
 

Execution of works to program, budget, and specification is core to every project we deliver. Our planning and supervision processes ensure that resources, plant, and subcontractors are coordinated efficiently to minimise delays and disruption.

Green Civil Construction prides itself on using the high quality materials in all projects. We utilise materials from suppliers that mirror our company's high values and standards.

Road works base materials, stone, gravel, and asphalt are sourced from Boral, and other suppliers, including:

We ensure that all materials coming in are from top suppliers and have the ability to order testing on all external materials to ensure reputable quality control if required. Through high-level communication with clients and consultants, our team guarantees quality is controlled and standards are maintained through to the completion of each project.  

Clear communication with the client team is treated as a project requirement, not an add-on. We provide regular updates, raise issues early, and make sure the client understands site status, program impacts, and next steps at all times.
